Account deletion

You can ask us to delete your QuickMechanic Provider account and associated personal information.

How to request deletion

1. From the provider app, open Help & support and raise a support ticket requesting account deletion; or email info@voyanx.com with the subject “QuickMechanic Provider account deletion”.
2. Include the phone number or email used for your account. Do not email passwords or identity documents.
3. We may verify that you own the account before processing the request and will reply with the outcome.

What is deleted or retained

We will remove or de-identify account and profile information that is no longer needed. We may retain limited job, payment, safety, fraud prevention, or support records where required for legal obligations or legitimate disputes. We will explain any retained categories when responding to your request.
